My practice focus is on medical massage which would include Motor Vehicle Accident and Workers Compensation Rehabilitation massage (requires a referral from your Dr. (PCP), Chiropractor,  Naturopath (not all plans), D.O .or an emergency room physician as well as most private employee benefit programs.

Some private employee benefit programs have a self-referral component and a co-pay. Other plans have a 12 visit per year maximum with a $25 co-pay which all depends on what type of employee insurance you have.  The co-pay is also dependent upon your type of plan and your year to date out of pocket requirement.   In any case, medical massage needs to be verified and co-pay, if any, confirmed prior to the initial appointment.  I am set-up to accept HSA, FSA and all credit cards thru Square and I accept cash but no personal checks.

I utilize deep tissue, trigger point and myofacial release therapy and passive resistive stretching.  I also do therapeutic, relaxation and pregnancy massage.

In addition, I am a Cranio-Sacral and Somato Emotional Therapist (Upledger Institute) and I am an Usui Reiki Master.
